| EMILMAT |  |  Description: |  | | EMILMAT is a complete and economical system to manage vehicle fleets in private service areas devoted to fuel delivery.
EMILMAT is a safe and reliable solution to automatically monitor fuel delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, since the system can identify vehicles and drivers and possibly authorise their refuelling through a nozzle, while keeping track of all data relevant to the operation.
Each vehicle is equipped with an identification card including a microchip and (upon request) each driver will have a card.
The system provides different operating modes (which can be set by the manager):
- Identification through vehicle card only;
- Identification through both vehicle card and driver’s card. Main operating features:
- Robust and compact self-supporting frame in painted aluminium.
- Polyester keyboard with 4-line large-type LCD backlight for optimum display.
- Supply authorised through microchip cards.
- The following data are memorised at each supply: date, time, vehicle code, driver, mileage, litres supplied and tank level.
- Autonomy: 1000 deliveries before downloading data.
- It requires and checks entering data before fuel delivery (if the manager enables the function). Cards can be programmed via the PC software according to the parameters of each vehicle (range, fuel delivery lockout according to the mileage or operating hours, lockout of the maximum fuel amount to be delivered, etc.).
- It sets in advance the maximum amount of litres to be delivered to each vehicle according to the setting of the average consumption and mileage covered.
- It prints out an invoice reporting the main fuel delivery data by means of a thermal printer (upon request).
- It can manage 2 dispensers at the same time.
- It can monitor the level of two tanks through the connection to two level probes (upon request).
- It does not need any connecting cable to the personal computer; fuel delivery data can be transferred by means of a data download microchip card and PC software (included).
- The included software is self-installing and easy to use, and allows avoiding training staff on the user's premises, thus saving time and costs.
- The software manages: vehicle and driver data, average consumption monitoring and check data, maintenance to be carried out on each vehicle after a certain amount of kilometres covered and after a certain date, microchip card programming.
- The software allows exporting all data in one single format compatible with MicroSoft Excel®, so that they can be processed according to specific statistical needs.

EMILMAT can be directly connected to a PC by means of a RS232 cable (max 2 metres) via a repeater upon request and a shielded cable (max 500 m), or via a GSM Modem. | |
