VISCOMAT is a family of internai profile or vane gear pumps designed as modern, effective solutions for the various requirements of pumping oils and lubricants.
Thanks to the several available models VISCOMAT satisfies the need to:
- transfer large quantities of product at medium pressure between tanks;
- guarantee good flow rates at high pressure in applications in which the pump must supply the reeling drums of fixed, "in-line" oil distribution systems on fixed pumping systems;
Common features of all models are:
- quiet operation,
- regularjty of flow characterjzed by the absence of pulsations,
- the ability to function with the delivery closed thanks to an incorporated BYPASS,
- high suction capacjty,
- compact design.

Construction characteristics
Asynchronous, closed, self-ventilating,AC motor (protection grade IP 55) available in various voltages and frequencies.
Die-cast aluminum pump body.
By-pass integrated into the pump body.
1" female inlet/outlet ports.

Gear Type Model
Sintered steel gears, with a specially designed internai profile.
Mechanical seal on the motor shaft, accessible from the pump side.
Incorporated self-priming device.

Vane Type Model
Sintered steel rotor with resin vanes. Rotating shaft seal accessible rom the pump side.

Performance Characteristics
- Flow rates from 9 to 25 l/min.
- Pressures from 6 to 25 bar.
- Continuous operation.
- Noise less than 70 dB.
